review 1: I've read all the books in this series back to back before reviewing them. In this book Zhang's strength stands out and her internal battle between the freedom and independence she's fought for and the ties of marriage. Her sexy sheikh fantasy is amazing, both funny to read and steamy.The characters are fantastic. They're real, animated and full of life. The books focus on a different character's love story each time but with the others being involved in the background plot and this makes for a successful formula. Each time you meet a new character you wonder where their journey in this story is going to end. In each book there is an underlying plot which accompanies the two main characters finding their love for each other. The plots are well thought out and interesting b... moreut they could have developed more if the books were longer.You can read the books standalone but to fully appreciate the writing I suggest you try and read them in order.The author has a sense of humour which is conveyed through her characters and had me chuckling out loud at times.I'm very glad I discovered this author and look forward to reading other books by her.
review 2: The fourth book in the Legacy Collection is about Sheikh Rachid and Zhang. The Sheikh, is a prince, next in line to be King of his small country. Zhang is a friend to Domonic Corisi and his wife Abby, she is also a self-made billionaire. Rachid has no time for the distraction of a woman in his life and Zhang, even though lonely, does not want a man in her life permanently. The two meet at the wedding of Dom and Abby, when Zhang accepted a dare, from Lil, Abby's sister, to kiss the Sheikh before the end of the night. Zhang was different from the other women Rachid had known, for a little thing she sure was full of fire. The kiss led to something more, but it was only supposed to be for one night, or would circumstances make it be for longer? I love this series and I love the way the characters from previous books, are also written in. I have fell in love with all of them. I even grew to love Ghalil, Rachid's brother. His grandmother and Zhang's mother were a joy. If you like romance with billionaires, love, hot scenes, humor, and some suspense thrown in, then you have to read this series!! less
