review 1: What i thought about this book is that it is inspirational to me because there are three kids named Sampson,Rameck, and George they are best friends who lived in a place where people wont think there can be success but these three kids worked together and never gave up what they wanted to do in the future which is to go to college which they did. What these three kids did was inspiring because they show that anything is possible no matter where you live and no matter who you are. If you like reading books that are non-fiction i think you should read this book because its inspiring and I liked it and i bet you guys will to
review 2: The reason i choose this book is because i asked my teacher for a good book and she recommend it to me. I then read the blurb and
... more it sounded good so i started reading the book. When i choose this book i was hoping for some action through out the book because they are living in the ghetto. There was some action in the book but not as much as i excepted. I have read so far up to page 147 and so far Sampson Davis, and Rameck are attending Seton Hall University. They all wanted to attended that school because they all got accepted to that school. Sampson went through many oppsicales to get were he's at now. Sampson have stabbed robbed people. He have went some stuff to get where hes at right now. less
