review 1: This was a great short story. Eve, wanting to further her career as an investigative reporter, decides her big break is going to be exposing all the dirty secrets of the local MC, the Savages. What she finds instead is Mr. Tall, dark and extremely dangerous. Ash is the club enforcer. Eve finds herself swept away by Ash, but his biker lifestyle is like a whole new world for her. A very dangerous world, as the Savages gear up for war with another local club. And Eve finds right in the middle of the war.I'm looking forward to reading more about Ash, Eve and the Savages.
review 2: Ash was hot, Hot, HOT! Whew! This was a great read but the chapters were odd. A chapter about Eve in third person and then later a chapter about Eve in first person. It kinda threw me. ... moreI also found it hard to believe that Eve was so calm about a man being shot in front of her...we didn't really get a feel of how she felt. Despite this I definitely will read the next book as overall it was a great read!!! less
