review 1: This was just fun and adorable. It just made me happy. Its just that simple.I will say there are some editing flaws, mostly in the second half, like it was getting rushed. But I just overlooked it.Also, Raniks accent was strange. Sometimes I felt like he should be British or Australian, other times he was clearly a southern boy. I am from the south an "Oy" just isn't a southern thing. So I had to keep telling myself he was from Louisiana (Is that right? I think so...) in order to hear him more clearly in my head. But so far, in my experience with Sara Wolf, I just love the characters she creates. They are witty, and smart, and funny, and sarcastic and just so hard not to love. I really enjoy them. This book was very different from her Lovely Vicious series. It was much lig... morehter. Overall, I really enjoyed it!!
review 2: I absolutely love Sara Wolf's writing!!! She had me laughing through out this whole book, along with feeling sadness & anger. She really knows how to balance how a whole book. Even though we've seen this storyline in some form or another, Sara put her own unique spin on it. She knows how to write strong, intelligent characters. I love the sarcastic wit her female main characters posses & the great banter back & forth between characters. less
