review 1: This was an awesome story! Especially considering most titles listed as romance tend to be more erotica or smut, this was done very well. The main focus of the story was on the murders and how they were linked to Blaine. But there was a good amount of the relationship building...even if it was rushed...between Blaine and Andy. The only thing I didn't like was how the murder-mystery part ended. When it happened... I was like, "What? Seriously that's how you're going to wrap it up?" Unanswered questions remain. And if there aren't other books linked to this one to answer them, I'm quite sure I'm not the only disappointed/confused reader.
review 2: I wish I could have rated this differently, but I just can't. It could be me, or just the time and place, but I could
... moren't connect with this one at all. I found it jumping all over the place. There were too many characters happening at once, too many story lines all vying for attention. And in the process they all lost out. There is insta-love happening on a grand scale. In general this doesn't worry me, but here it was just too over the top for me to handle. Add all the other bits and pieces and I was actually glad to see the end of the story. Sorry! less

Weak plot, unnatural human reactions to events that occur and bad dialogue. No, no, no....
