review 1: This is a story that suffers from overload...way too much going on in so few words. Honestly, this should have been at least twice as long as it is and then it could have been a great book. More background information, more relationship building rather than insta-love, more of everything that was lacking in this one.The premise was great, the execution unfortunately lacking. And please, I wish an editor or beta had suggested a change in terms which, rather than coming across as something terribly sexy and hot, in reality made me feel as if the MC's should be seeking medical attention for a rather serious problem!
review 2: Awesome story!!!So far my absolute favorite from His Hero anthology!I just loved all about it: the constant risks of being a firefighter (an... mored loving one), Zane and Nick's unwavering love (I'm so sick and tired of the usual middle-book break ups, I love it when the characters stick together through hard times and the troubles don't break them apart) and the sex is deliciously hot.Great book and the perfect example of why I LOVE firefighter stories :) less
