review 1: Alex me parece una chica superficial y atolondrada, durante cada página del libro se pasa el tiempo persiguiendo a Brandon como si fuera un perrito faldero y por si fuera poco siempre está arruinando las cosas con sus estúpidas sospechas y conclusiones apresuradas. Brandon es un personaje más profundo y con con un poco más de carácter. La única parte buena, en mi opinión, del libro es cerca del final con los lindos gestos que Brandon tiene para con Alex por motivo de su cumpleaños, pero el final es demasiado apresurado y no lo suficientemente desarrollado.
review 2: I happened along this series quite late in its publishing, but I'm glad I did. This book had quite an ending. In fact all the books in this series had dynamic endings. So I was very happ... morey that I had all of the books already on hand. Well except the final book which I thought I had read with perfect timing but it is delayed by Amazon so here I sit and wait for the final book. Ok enough about the series this review is supposed to be about this book specifically. I didn't know going in that this was a her view his view kind of book. I know some people don't like that, they ask how can you read the same story over and over but I rather like it. Especially when I can do it back to back and have all my thoughts in the fore front of my mind when I read the other's POV. This book is not without it's drama. It is just one really long rollercoaster ride that is so entertaining to be on that you just don't want to stop. You have sweet innocent Alexis who is in the type of relationship for the first time and then you have Brandon with his demon's and secrets. And just as you think you are getting your HEA smack....NOT. But I loved it. All the side characters were so easy to get into they dynamics of the group as a whole was so much fun. Each person bringing their own entertainment. I know he has his flaws but I just fell in love with Brandon. It was slow going getting to the root of his character but what a great trip it was. At the conclusion of this book I didn't even hesitate a minute until I was already diving into the next book. I hope you enjoy this series as much as I have. less
