review 1: I enjoyed reading this book but I don't feel like I connected with the characters. For me the chemistry between them was lacking. I guess I may not have given this book a fair chance because it was hard for me not to make comparisons between it and Tina Reber's Unscripted and Unrehearsed. I loved those books, which for me were so believable. In saying this though I didn't want to put his book down today and I did enjoy it.
review 2: It's been a long time since Harl Presents has issued a family connected series and book one of The Notorious Wolfes, A NIGHT OF SCANDAL, starts off with a bang! This is a wealthy family riddled with scandal, secrets and sexy men! Nathaniel Wolfe is the bad boy movie star of the family who meets Katie Field a costume designer that
... more has her own set of family scandal and unbelievable baggage. When Katie sets out to help soothe the angst Nathaniel is experiencing she never realized she would be whisked away to a private island and eventually Hollywood. These two characters are dynamite together! The story is fast-paced but reveals a lot of what is likely to come in subsequent books. I couldn't put this one down! less
