review 1: Heidi's dream of becoming fashion designer seems to go nowhere. She is trapped in an assistant job on photoshoots, doing little more than run all day to fetch things for people. At least until one shooting day, when she accidentally put henna on Warren Kaiser's $500 pants. The next thing she knows, he hires her as his secretary - and not only to bring him coffee. Kaiser has a peculiar way to punish her for her mistakes, and Heidi is willing to do anything to please him.The beginning of the story is a somewhat disconcerting, but overall, it is a fun and hot read. The story of Heidi, whose career is not going so well, is compelling and well written, if a bit predictable. I wouldn't put in everybody's hands, though, since the limits between consent and not-so-consent are some... moretimes blurred, even if in the end, everything turns out for the better.
review 2: warning..spanking...domination...eww...those words drew me to this book. I didn't want a true love story where a billionaire saves a poor girl they do a little bdsm and fall in love. I wanted this book. I wanted the animalistic desires. I needed the visceral response. I cried out her punishments with her and I felt the heat of their mark. I loved this bokk. very well written the ending just came out of left field and the author tried to hard for a perfect ending. this is a great quick read less
