review 1: سلمى لاجلروفكاتبة سويدية .. رغم عجزها استطاعت الحصول على جائزة نوبل ، و لعل اشهر اعمالها نلز عقلة الاصبع ، و القصة خيالية و لكنها .. لا تحمل نفس عنوانها ، و تحمل الكثير من الخيال عن الاموات الذين يرشدون الاحياء لقاتليهم و كان الموتى يعرفون المستقبل ، و ان تتجاوز الحد في اضفاء مشاعر تصل بين الاموات و الاحياء ، و قطرات دم .. و حوارات اقرب لاناس طبيعيين و تستطيع الفتاة زاليل ان تلمس يد زميلتها الميتة و هذا غريب .. و خيالي .. و لكني ارى انه ... moreعلى كل حال وجهة نظر الكاتبة .. و لكن لكي يتحقق العدل .. هل حقا نحتاج لقوة خارقة لتمكنا من فعل ذلك ؟ و هل حقا سيرتاح الميت بمقتل من قتله ؟ و هل الانتقام ..سوف يزيل الخطيئة و اثارها ؟
review 2: The tale is brief and to the point. The writing is reminiscent of the Bible or European folk-tales, with its stock descriptions, frugality, and use of repetition. The story thus acquires a gravitas which belies its fantastic nature. I wouldn't have been surprised to have read this in the brothers Grimm. It may not be particularly original or "modern," but I found it quite compelling, a fable whose moral is perhaps more elusive than it seems. less
