review 1: First off, "Accidentally Flirting with the CEO" is a novella which to me, appears to be a rough draft. Early on, the author uses words like "akimbo", "modicum" and "ennui" but yet she misspells "defense" as "defence" and actually used the phrase "She hearted him with all her soul". Really? Who says that other than a high schooler?As others have said, the first part of the novella is well-written and draws the reader in. Once the novella gets to Alexa's evaluation meeting, it starts to go off the rails. The author leaves too much for the reader to "assume". There is also some continuity issues. For example, Alexa and Jess have a "celebratory dinner" but they are actually on their lunch hour. 2 Stars. Firm.
review 2: CEO Jess Tandon, survives a scorn emp... moreloyees sexual harassment charge, only to be very sexually attracted to and up and coming employee in the advertising company. Alexa Worthington is finally moving on from the loss of her boyfriend by taking a romance writing class. Using her sexy and very attractive boss as the main character in her story has not been the best idea, especially when she is so attracted to him. An email is about tho change their lives forever. This is a fun and intriguing series that will keep you turning the pages. The author will keep you wanting more. This was a well written with great banter, and I connected with the book immediately. I would highly recommend this series. less
