review 1: I find it amusing that Cinderella's daughter is obsessed with shoes, but what else can you expect when her own fairy tale hinges on a glass slipper, right? Outside of her shoes, Ashlynn doesn't care what she wears - which is a good thing since, if she's late, her clothes "sizzle into rags" whenever she's late. Shallow, yes, but still intrigued in the overall story. (I'm just hoping that she's not preachy about being a vegan in the books because that would be annoying.)
review 2: The daughter of Cinderella has an obsession with shoes. Because she does chores, Ashlynn seems more down to earth than the other "princesses." She has a more of a relationship with nature that Apple White seems too. I feel bad because Ashlynn has to put up with her mother's "evil" st... moreep sisters before she fulfills her own legacy inwhich her beloved mother has to meet an untimely death and Ashlynn will be forced into marrying a prince. less
