review 1: The combination of suspense and steaming hot sex made this book hard to put down! I think this installment makes up for the first book in the series; it definitely made me like the Chevalier series more! This is one of those D/s stories that's very believable and, at the same time, very alluring; it makes the D/s lifestyle not just fascinating but also very seductive.

... morey how Aubrey was described in the book. Aubrey...sigh he's still high on the Chevalier scale of Alpha-possessiveness. But I didn't find his transition as smooth as I think the author thought she wanted it to be. SPOILER: He wore glasses so his grandmother could ignore him? Huh? He kept a 'disguise' for so many years to drop it away in a matter of days?It didn't detract from the story but I though it could have been more of an excellent story opposed to an okay story.I still will continue on to Forever Jade because I am too curious about Jade's story and the continuation of the Chevalier men. less
