review 1: I really enjoyed this book. Si is a personality who makes Duck Dynasty entertaining. I enjoyed learning about his life and his family. I think I liked this one better than Happy Happy Happy. For the reason that it showed the other sides of Si that the TV show does not portray. This was another book my 11 year old wanted to read and so I read it first. I will definitely let him read it. I only hope he doesn't take to heart Si's opinion of college.
review 2: If you love Duck Dynasty, and enjoy reading about a journey, this is the book to read. The first couple of chapters are just about his childhood, nothing really interesting to tell you the truth. I already figured they grew up as rough rowdy boys with lots of love from their parents. Learning about the beh... moreind the scenes of what we don't know was what gave it a 5. He shows his love for Jesus through his struggles, and it was good to read about it. less
