review 1: Chantelle is what is pretty much a Golddigging whore (although she's after eternal life not money). Sleeping with anyone to get what she wants. This story just wasn't for me. There was no chemistry between any of the characters (not because of poor writing but because there wasn't meant to be). She was just a very unlikeable main character. And all the guys although described as being physically different all merged into one for me.
review 2: Wow, that was a very interesting story about Chantelle, a stripper/dancer that can read men and know that they are secretly looking for. Even when a stranger comes into the club and she picks him out to be her private dance, but he wants her to make him scared of something and she has read that he is scared to love. So she... more sets her self up to make Dorin to fall for her. Turns out Dorin is a 500+ year old vampire and is on the run from wolves that are out to kill him. Since she wants to be like him, she comes up with a deal to get the wolves to kill each other in exchange she gets to be a vampire. She involves her two coworkers to help her find the wolves but that was she defeat on the wolves, she got used and thrown off. Will she toughen up her act and go back and get the wolves where she wants them, who knows but cant wait to read the next one and see is Chantelle mans up and get what she wants. She does have a coke habit and it seems like every chapter she snorting 1 to a few lines, to bad she cant cut down on it but is its her way to think I guess that is fine but that is a lot in one day. The only questions I have is what is Chantelle really, with her reading men and whats up with her eyes that they have to be covered. less
