review 1: It was a good story overall. I liked the plot and think it worked out well. Some of the events were too dramatic and felt jumbled. The main character though...she wasn't something I could sympathize with. And I repeatedly found myself rolling my eyes at some of her actions. I also kept checking to see how many pages I had left. For the amount of pages, I don't feel like enough story was present. Felt really long and I think it could have been cut down considerably. Recommended if you are considering what you would change if you had a chance for a do-over.
review 2: Haven't we all regreted a moment in time and wish we could erase the moment? And if we could what would be the consquences, would it be a simple as undoing it, or will it alter other things? Katie m... moreakes a huge mistake ( at least she thinks it will ruin her life) and when exposed, she discovers a pretty locket and this jewelry changes everything and more. I found this story to be more about undoing mistakes, redeeming one self and more about just because you have always done the thing expected of you, should you? Katie was just outside the ring of popularity until she found herself in love with Isaac and this she felt made her life perfect. As people around her, not in this inner circle tries to point out this may not be the road to happiness Katie doesn't listen. The reason I don't give this book a 5 is personal reasons. The book was well paced and executed until the author needed to end the book, and then it felt rushed. I hate this in books, and wish the editor would let the author write more for a better ending. less
