review 1: I won this in a Goodreads giveaway. I honestly couldn't finish this book, regardless of it's short length. This is a parody of the popular Twilight series, of which I am a fan of. I feel like the timing of this book contributed to my poor rating: Twilight parodies have been done time and time again and they're just not funny anymore. I felt like I was reading a dragged out Facebook status written by a boring, self-centered teenager. While I know the point of the book is to mock Bella, and while she definitely possessed these qualities, at least her narration in Twilight was somewhat entertaining and readable.
review 2: I found this story to be both insightful and humorous. Unlike the other Twilight parodies I have read or watched I did not find this one offensi... moreve. It was more like watching my daughter's favorite teenage soap operas, amusing in small amounts. The chapters are the perfect length for a quick burst of laughter as needed and reading it that way made the enjoyment last much longer.I received a free copy of this book courtesy of Sue Knott and Goodreads Free Reads. less
