review 1: Excellent excellent book. It's, apparently, number 6 in a series but that didn't take anything away from the book. I've always wondered how I would be if I lost a child, would my husband and I make it through, so many couples don't. I pray I will never find out as I cannot imagine such a loss. But this story was emotional and 'real' and touched me deeply. I so enjoy Ms. Warrens books but this had to be a favorite.
review 2: Love Deep Haven and this was an interesting trip back there. Was a very interesting story about a woman who wonders what life would have been like had she not lost herself in marriage and motherhood. Also an interesting trip for her husband who finds out that he didn't really know his wife like he thought he did after twenty-five years of ma... morerriage. I really liked all the characters in this book and hope to see more of them in the future. It's been a while since I read Susan May Warren, but I do LOVE her work. less
