review 1: Accidental Meeting by Susette Williams is a well-written short story set in present day. This believable romance portrays God’s hand in the lives of hurting believer’s, as they try to do what is right while trusting Him to see them through the difficulties. A quick and pleasant read that is suitable for all ages. It will inspire and encourage the reader to rejoice in all circumstances trusting that God is working for our good beyond what we can see before us.
review 2: This wasn't a bad book by any means, it was just far from stellar or gripping. The storyline had potential to be very good but the presentation lacked luster. ... moreoss as hokey. There is actually very little about their relationship in the book. You don't hear much of their time together or how much or little they talked or what they talked about, so it makes it seem like they didn't spend much time together and had a fairly shallow relationship. That makes the ending completely unbelievable. It seemed like they hardly knew each other. Also because of the lack of fleshing out their relationship, it seemed like her attraction to him was purely out of sympathy and physical attraction to his "chocolate eyes". less
