review 1: What an utter waste of my time. To begin with, this is not Katherine Howard's confessions. The story-telling is vapid and even sillier than Howard herself. The book seems unfinished. Whatever happened to the investigation and whatever became of Katherine? Seems like Dunn got lazy to research. In my book, the life of Katherine Howard is not complete without a re-telling of what she went through after Henry VIII decided that he was finished with her. In the first place, Howard's claim to fame is ending up the way she did because of what she did before the became Queen.

Whatever the reason she was daring enough and foolish enough to think she could take a lover, to many people's downfall and her own ending. A sad little story but true, told simply less

I love reading about the Tudors, but this one wasn't that great. I still enjoyed parts of it.
