review 1: I had a lukewarm beginning with book 1, but enjoyed the characters enough to venture forward. Had me making some comparisons to Weathering the Storm series (in a good way). In this book we see Alex/Lexi relationship flourish, less BS, more steaminess, and really easy to get absorbed into. There is added suspense towards the end of the novel and pacing as great with much less fluff from the first. Really excited to continue into book 3!
review 2: Hmmmm.. This was a great continuation to Lexi & Alex's story but it didn't have the same angst and drama as the first book which I loved! We got to read more about their growing relationship and see both character really develop and move forwards from their past. Got to know the band a lot more better! Love Dan! Haha ... morea great book but just didn't hold the same feel as book one! But I do recommend this great series! less
