review 2: Okay, I found the body count high, wanted the not-quite-love-interest to be bi and the title didn't grab me. But I read this cover to cover in a couple of days and I loved the characters so much, I wanted to meet several of them. This is ha... morend's down one of the best steampunkish novels I've read and I heartily enjoyed it. Compelling story, complex interesting characters, excellent world-building - I really hope there'll be a sequel to this one. less
