review 1: Original read 2 Dec 2012 - This may well be the funniest book I've ever read. I had to mop up the tears five times from laughing so hard. Yes, it's crass and vulgar and the swearing is off the charts, but my God it was funny!!!! Add a sweet romance and fantastic characters, and this book is a winner!!Reread (actually listened to on audible). Still amazing the second time through. Only complaint I have is that the woman reading didn't make a big enough difference in her voices between Claire and Carter. As the book is told in first person from both their points of view, it was a bit confusing at times.

It immediately reminded me of WALLBANGER by Alice Clayton but I soon realized that SEDU... moreCTION AND SNACKS is much, much, much better! I'd been shocked to find a romance where I laughed out loud, chuckling to myself a few times when I listened to WALLBANGER but I constantly laughed out loud with this one (during the very first few pages I was already laughing out loud)! If you lived during the 80s, you will especially appreciate this book as the author perfectly weaves in lines from popular 80s songs and movies like the Breakfast Club and Heather's! I listened to SEDUCTION AND SNACKS on audiobook; the narrator was absolutely amazing. However, I am sure this touching and hilarious story is just as enjoyable in print; its just SOOOO good!!!! SEDUCTION AND SNACKS was just mind blowing well written, unlike any other book I have ever read! I just can't get over how quick witted and funny the author is! can't wait to read more in the series and all of the other books by Tara Sivec! less
