review 1: I loved this book. Yes, it is the story from Nathaniel's POV. This book answers so many unanswered/unexplained questions and gives us a completely different insight into this very complicated man. Without giving too much away, it is definitely worth the read and if you didn't know that he was talking about the same scene you read in Book 1, you definitely wouldn't think it was. Loved it. Can't wait to read the next one.
review 2: I am so torn between two and three stars on this book. I don't like to reread a book under the premise that it is a completely new story. Well maybe I shouldn't say it that way because it is the second book in the series so it's not a completely new story but a continuation of. As much as I enjoyed Nathaniel's POV, there had to h... moreave been a way to incorporate his thoughts without making it an entire retelling of the story. It is almost a waste of a complete book. I would just like to say that I did really like hearing Nathaniel's thoughts on everything, I just wish it was done differently. less
