review 1: I loved, loved, LOVED this novel. I cannot wait to read more from this series and i hope it never ends. This novel met all of my expectations. Taryn Browning is an amazing author and i will read anything by her from here on out. Dark Seeker has the perfect pacing for the story and the characters were amazing. Janie was an amazingly stubborn independent woman which i LOVE and i feel that independence is what everyone looks for in a female lead these days. I feel like Taryn knew exactly what her audience would want to happen and instead of just giving it to us she dangled it in front of our faces till the end. I recommend this to everyone who loves young adult paranormal and everyone who loves a good romance.
review 2: Dark Seeker was really a great novel.i fell
... morein love with the characters from the start, especially Kai. I also loved the idea, as I've read several cliche fantasies, but this was definitely not one of them. I have a few critiques just from a romantic point of view. I think Kai and Janies love progressed a little to quickly from I can't be with you to I love you. Also, I would've liked a little more about Janies parents and where Abram plays into all of this. Other than that it was a great book. I am looking forward to a sequel, where maybe Kai confronts his maker, etc. The ending was great too, and I loved the final scene with the final face off, and I loved the last chapter (epilogue) after the homecoming dance. All in all, I think that you (Taryn Browning) are a great writer and this was a great book. less
