review 1: The Faith & Fidelity series made me love Tere Michaels, but Personal Shopper made me a lifelong fan. Now, anything she publishes is going to be purchased and cherished. Her characters, situations, drama, and deft humor are right up my alley.I'm the world's worst at doing subjective reviews, especially when the blurb covers most of the key points, so I'm going to skip that part and just say it's a great story! Read it!
review 2: I was surprised by how much enjoyed this book, considering there was a definite element of insta-love there. I think it was made palatable by the excellent writing and Will's narrative voice, which I really enjoyed. One thing that niggled though, as an English reader, was that Hudson Smith is not a very likely name for an upper class E
... morenglishman, and that his speech didn't sound particularly English either. It's not that he came across as American at any point - just that there wasn't really any English dialect either. It made Hudson seem a little colourless in comparison to Will. It probably won't bother other readers, though. less

This was ok. Nothing special, and I found myself fighting the urge to skim at times.
