review 1: This book is definitely a book I would recommend someone to read. I have to admit that I became emotionally attached to the book because of all the emotions that run through the book that include love, mystery and eventually acceptance of a loss. When I closed the book I cried, I couldn't believe how attached I had become to it, it was an amazing roller coaster ride full of confusion, sadness, lost and ultimately love.
review 2: Great mystery! The flipping back and forth between timelines wasn't confusing at all. It was interesting to see Sophie and Mina's relationship grow over time. Even though there's a part of me that wanted Sophie to begin a relationship with Trev since he's Mina's brother because then Sophie would always have a part of Mina with her. The ... morewriting of the characters was perfect because I really felt in reading what they felt for each other. By about 3/4 of the way into the book I figured out who probably killed Mina and was right but how the events played out at the end was surprising. less
