review 1: I have never read anything from Thomas Perry. So his writing and this series was new to me. I really liked the story though. It was exciting and well done. I felt a few of the choices were dumb, but that's a character and they do that sometimes. It was a Native American woman that specializes in some illegal activities to help those that are not guilty of their crime. She gets them out and hides them. It really was a fascinating tale.

"Poison Flower" delivers tension and raises your heartbeat. It's not very often I read a book that is exciting from page to page. Due to my schedule,I read this book in little c... morehunks. No matter where I left off and started again, my attention was snatched, pull in with vigor. Such thrill! (There is one scene I found unbelievable, and it drew me out of the moment. For this reason I would give the book a 4.9 if that was an option) Bravo, Thomas Perry, I hope there is another Jane Whitefield book. less
