review 1: All I can say is WOW. I love this book. I love the main character Saint. If I could ever meet a story book character, it would have to be him. I love his swagger, charisma, confidence and his bluntness. I even understood the supernatural aspect. I really identified with him because I lived in the Bronx when it was burning down. The music brought back a lot of memories. Saint would be my ideal man. I have read the whole series because I could not put down the book. Read them back to back in one week. I love this author and am starting to read the rest of her books. Don't want to give away the plot but it is unique and Saint is unique. The one thing I would like to know is, who is the cover model? The man is gorgeous. As I kept reading the book I imagined that is how Saint w... moreould look. I even have my 21 year old son reading the books. I hope there can be a fifth book.
review 2: I really enjoyed this book Saint is a beast in more ways than one.His speeches in this book about black women needing to expand their romantic horizons is the truth. I loved it while I was reading this book I had a lot of I that's right moments. The love scenes were hot as hell I have never read anything like them ever. I really liked Xenia and Saints first interview they had sparks were flying off the page I knew they were going to burn up the sheets when they got together and did just that. This is a really good book you will not be disappointed. less
