review 1: Nonostante una traduzione orribile questo romanzo si è rivelato una lettura piacevole . La storia non sarà originalissima , ma lo stile e la caratterizzazione dei personaggi sono molto fluidi e ben fatti . In modo particolare le dinamiche di rifiuto e paura messe in atto da Emily dopo aver subito per anni i pestaggi del marito sono realistiche e coerenti, segno evidente di un attenzione per i dettagli che dovrebbero imparare tanti autori nostrani
review 2: This is the second time i have read this book. I wanted to re-read the series again. Its a good series. Some part seem to repeat themselves and draw out forever but then it actually gets better. Got the first two for free on kindle, and immediately bought the rest that were out at the time.
