Secret Society
review 1: What is this secret society?? Chadwick Pep, Nick, Lauren, Patch and Phoebe are all students that society wants to follow. These people are invited to join, but then that wouldn't make sense because the society is following them. There is some type of secret society, and only the top fifteen that are qualified could be in it. Everything is good and all, but this secret society becomes more than what it was expected. It started to become threatening and unfortunate. There is a death that has happened, but while that death is being told, the teenagers Chadwick Pep, Nick, Lauren, Patch and Phoebe are all traced to the beginning where their social status was introduced. They all live in New York City, and you would have to read to find out what's gonna happen with this secret s... moreociety. First off, the cover looks stunning. The cover gave me the impression that the story was gonna be about some rich kids who live in New York, and they are each trying to find themselves, kinda like the books Gossip Girl.. When I started reading the story, I totally got a whole new prospective of what the story was about. You see a lot of change within the book, and that makes you love the characters. I was left with open questions, like "What is this secret society?" "What is it about?" I had more unanswered questions, because I was like very confused about what was going on in everyone's family, so I was just like... What's gonna happen next, even though it was an excellent book, I didn't like how the author left me hanging, because it was like when I had finally got to the end, I was asking a lot of questions. These types of societies make me wonder, If our society looks like this. This was a great read, I recommend this book to anyone who is kind of secret themselves! It's not really about a secret, it's about the society itself. Great Read!
review 2: Phoebe, Nick, Lauren and Patch all find themselves in the middle of suspense involving a secret society. As they try to get their questions answered, they feel like their lives will never be the same and that they are trapped and in danger.I liked the premise of this book, and the suspense surrounding the society was great, but since the story didn't have one main character, it was hard to really dig into the story. less

Good story but I felt like there was no plot and it had a terrible ending.

not my usual flavor but not bad- sort of like a teenage DaVinci code

Hard to follow. Often leaves the reader confused with the plot.
