review 1: Very disappointed on how this ended. I hate it when authors say that this is the end then come out with another. I have been following the author's blog and read about her constant going back and forth about how this series was going to pan out. Obviously, I was a fan. I bought the first four from this series and loved it, held out on the rest until this one came out because I wanted to read it in its entirety. It is just so frustrating to know that there is yet another installment. It was good, but the fact that there will be another one is irritating. Will I buy the last one? Maybe ( it is really the last one right?). But I think I'll never buy anything from this author again. Update 10/3/13So I bought and read Just A Little Sequel, and thought it was okay. These last tw... moreo additions just feel like it dragged on, like a filler to extend to the sequel. It could've all ended with the eight. Also the ending seemed like it could still continue?
review 2: I was so excited when I found that smashwords had released Just a Little Reminder yesterday that I purchased it right away and read it in one sitting! (I must had been over excited because I usually purchase from Barnes and Noble, but I couldn't wait)!This was an excellent story, just like the others...it makes me even more excited to know that there is going to be one more in October.Just a Little Reminder was an excellent addition following all of the events that have previously taken place, especially with the shooting and all the events with Luke...they finally have made it officially, it is about time...lolLuke has become more caring and understanding, less frustrating and a pain in the butt for Julie. Which I was hoping would happen. Luke and Julie belong together and throughout Just a Little #8 they finally see that they might be a "little" different they are more alike than they could have ever known.True love conquers all! less
