review 1: YAYYY! GO JULIE!! I may be the only one, but I really like Derek. I'd rather have Julie end up single in the end of all this then her end up with Luke though...that guy is way too manipulative and acts way too 'high and mighty'. Also I didn't understand AT ALL why Luke couldn't tell Julie about Rebecca and the kid??!?! If he loves Julie as much as he claims then he should have been able to tell her about that right away..I didn't even find it to be that big of a deal. Ugh I just can't stand Luke. Fav of the series so far!! (:I am really hoping this series doesnt end with Derek hurting Julie...then Luke being the hero and saving her...THEN Julie and Luke end up together. I think I will flip if it ends that way, I don't want Derek to prove Luke right. Derek seems like such a... more nice guy ):Can't wait for the next one! ((:
review 2: So I'm not sure where I stand on this one. First off Julie and Luke are still not together. Which I think should be a crime. Even though I have a love/hate relationship with Luke. Meaning I love to hate him. He's so passionate about so much, but it's not all good. Sometimes he just goes a little far. We do find out the story behind Rebecca and the kid. But we don't find it out from Luke, because he says he can't trust Julie with the truth. Dude...you say you're in love with her, how can you not trust her? It may be due to Julie not trusting him, but I feel that with all the stuff he's kept from her, she has every right not to trust him.Why can't these two just be open and honest with each other? Then Derek shows back up. I'm still not sure if I like him or not. There's just something about him that rubs me wrong. But Julie started thinking that she's in love with him or whatever. Although, she's not ready for a relationship with him yet or anything. Yet. And it seems as if Luke destroyed his and Julie's chance of ever being together. Since he finally came clean with what he told Derek when he left. Julie was not happy. I wouldn't be happy either. Though, from an outside point I view, I see where he's coming from...but that doesn't mean it's right. I don't know how the next one is going to be. And I'm not entirely sure how I want/would like it to be. But I think I'm leaning more towards Julie having a happy ending with Luke. Even if it would be just to hate him a little more. less
