review 1: Ok so we see a race of beings who are heading for extinction. Toni a blood doctor gets caught up with them due to her blood. She knows there is something wrong but doesn't know how to escape it until she is to far to even try. Jacken is in charge go kidnapping the women who are going to save his race. He knows it's wrong but doesn't know how to fix it. These 2 characters are the main story however we see that there is a behind the story plot as well. I liked how the 2 came together so seamlessly. I admire the development and the execution. This is definitely a series I will keep an eye on.
review 2: Free download. This book was amazing. I wasn't sure when I started reading the story but all aspects of the story draw you in and hook you. Toni is a doctor, a bloo... mored specialist, who has never felt whole, she goes through the motions but her world changes one night when she's kidnapped by Varcolac, a breed of vampire. This is the start of an amazing journey which she is determined not to take part in but things change and her heart is tested, thanks to Jacken, leader of the Warriors and her protector. Not to give too much away, this book has everything you would need in a supernatural love story. Amazing story, plot, Writing, language, characters, history, angst, and love. Throw in lots of horny hunks and it's brilliant. I am looking forward to the next book to see where all these great characters find themselves. Would recommend. less
