review 2: Personally this didn't do it for me. I had very little sympathy for the characters and the plot. Three youths go to a surprise concert they stop at a gas station to buy snacks but don't think to get gas? Really? Then they run out of gas in the middle of a cold icy weather and the kids have no coats or boots in the trunk. They end up in some creepy cult town and things go downhill from there. I guess the suspense/horror of this story are the themes of abuse. The writing was off for me. It was stiff and dry. Also the dialogue didn't flow. The characters were as one dimensional as they come and acted more like ten year olds. less
