review 2: Well written insightful and accessible to this non Buddhist. It certainly had me thinking especially about attachment among other things. There are opportunities to practice, which I did not. Each chapter though struck a chord within me. I read a chapter about every other day allowing much time for reflect... moreion on the "lessons". I plan to read it again and possibly incorporate some of the meditations into my daily existence in my transition towards my intention to be in the moment, present to possibility, unattached to outcome with less expectation and diminished assumptions. less
