review 1: Emma Jensen bursts onto the scene intent on turning a 600 pound inheritance into a cozy next egg through judicious gambling. She only has a few weeks to work before the ton discovers her secret past. The Duke of Somerhart has been burned by a treacherous woman and now keeps himself under a tight leash. Hart is suspicious of Emma but drawn to her despite himself. Of course they clash and that just turns up the heat between them.
review 2: Emma Jensen is left 600 pounds when her uncle dies, which isn't enough to live on for the rest of her life. A lot of people had problems with Emma but I liked her; all she wanted was a q
... moreuiet, peaceful life by the ocean. She was smart, independent, and resourceful. This was very predictable (especially because Matthew reminded me of the stalker in Talk Me Down) but for the most part, I rate books based on my enjoyment—so 5 stars, because I'm a fan of D&s ;D less

I love her sass, her cheekiness.Liked this one although a bit too sensual for what I'm used to.
