review 1: I read through this book in two days. An action-packed adventure about a group of special forces guys (and gals) who enter a valley in Afghanistan to take on what was once a group of humans. Zombie-like, I enjoyed how the author went away from the zombie mold and created something different. The characters were likeable, and the action intense.
