review 1: I really wanted to like this book. I myself am a marine scientist who is a researcher in the field of oceans and human health, so I was excited to read this book. But I found myself skimming huge sections. As a whole the book lacked focus. There were a lot of anecdotes and personal revelations, and I was expecting more of a focused science. The years that I spent diving were among the happiest of my life. After reading this insightful book, I now understand why. I would recommend this book to everyone, especially those searching for a way to feel better- easily. less
