review 1: THIS WAS A GREAT THRILLER IT READ LIKE WATCHING A REAL ACTION MOVIE. PROVES WHAT MY PARENTS ALWAYS SAID, "YOU NEVER TOTALLY KNOW ANYONE AND YOU KEEP LEARNING NEW THINGS ABOUT EACH OTHER EVERY DAY". THIS SAID BY TWO PEOPLE WHO WERE TOGETHER ALMOST 70 YEARS, THEY BELIEVED IN THRIR VOWS, "TILL DEATH DO US PART" THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID. SO I GUESS BRYNN'S NOT KNOWING ALL ABOUT HER HUSBAND IS VERY BELIEVABLE, FOR ME ANYWAY. THIS STORYLINE WAS EXCITING FROM THE FIRST PAGE TILL THE LAST PAGE, WHAT A FREAKIN' RUSH. HOW THEY SURVIVED EVERYTHING THAT HAPPED TO THEM AND THEIR FAMLIY WAS REALLY AMAZING.
review 2: I downloaded a free sample for my kindle and really got into it so decided to buy it. Imagine my delight when it was actually free that week from amazon!I r... moreead it in 2 days. I couldn't put it down. I love my thrillers and read a couple every week and because of this found this book slightly predictable in places, but I think that's a downside of me reading do many crime thrillers that I can usually guess whodunnit and it wasn't a reflection on the author at all. It was well written, fast, had some great characters and if you like Harlan Coben and Lisa Gardner's style of writing, you'll love William Casey Moreton. I'd personally never heard of him before reading this book, but I'm sure he'll be pretty well known very soon. I'm off to track down some of his other novels! less
