A scent that caught my eye last year but I managed to pass on and have regretted it since. Light As A Feather was on my radar for this years melting if I could get my hands on it and sure enough it was restocked so in the cart it went!
Light As A Feather Stiff As A Board– Leaves, Amber, Sandlewood and Toasted Marshmallow.
At first I wasn’t sure on this scent on cold. It was very different and unique in its own way which I liked, yet I just wasn’t picking up on the marshmallow or really much leaves and there was just something about it that just wasn’t sitting well with me. So I let it sit for a week or two before I pulled it back out to take a sniff. The most dominate on cold was the golden, rich amber and woodsie Sandlewood.
Once warmed though this is just a beautiful, beautiful fragrance. The marshmallow does help balance out the richness of the amber while the Leaves gives off a crisp autumn crunch that blends perfectly with the sandlewood.
I’ve been cutting the chunks in half and getting about a medium throw. I would like the throw to be a tad stronger so with a little more cure time I believe this will be perfect for fall. I’ll probably try melting this again in November.
How do you feel about this scent? Is it one of your favorites? Let me know!
Until Next Melt,
