review 1: I think the book was a very clever way of presenting a biographical segment of Jackie's life. This was my second time through the book. My personal interest was in rereading the section beginning on page 253 entitled A Spy Story. The rest of Kuhn's book I more or less skimmed and found fascinating once again, having also heard the author present a power point discussion of the stories both at the Boston Athenaeum Library and the popular annual Summer Speaker Series by selected authors with special books at the summer resort town of Biddeford Pool, ME.

Bonus: have never seen many of the photographs in the book - how lovely to see her smiling in the majority of them - a side the public did not get to see. It's a shame that her daughter Caroline did not have the chance to talk about her mother and reading. Perhaps she did not wish to? less
