review 1: This book kept me guessing & by doing so kept me up till the early hours as I was getting deeper into the storyline & characters the more I had a urge to read. The writing style is unique & I haven't come across this style to me so took a few chapters to get use to. I have given it a good mark however it missed the full 5 stars as I found the ending to be a big let down even though I never guessed who was the murder. Worth a read, gets you thinking but don't expect fireworks at the end!
review 2: A dark, sinister and original tale. Translated from the German and set in Berlin it tells of an Agency called Sorry run by 3 friends. A agency to right wrongs and apologise to those who have been wronged. A simple task you would say but when you next client is a killer
... more and wants you to apologise to the dead then things begin to come off the rails. Nobody is what they seem and the story gives only glimpses as to what is going on but gradually through the mist the true story emerges of abuse, revenge, betrayal and forgiveness. A disturbing novel. less
