review 1: I loved that Jenna was someone concerned with helping the environment and so that's why I wanted to see what Abby McDonald did with these characters. Her best friend Olivia started out nice and like able but by the end I hated her so much. Jenna picks going to her godmothers house in Canada rather than spend the summer in Florida with her mother at her grandmothers retirement home, and boy was that a good move.I liked how Jenna really matured thru the book and became much more love able to me. Also Fiona starts out being sullen and mean to everyone but Jenna works her magic and by the end she really becomes sweet. The overall idea of being environmentally safe does get tempered but in a good way, and I love that she helps the little town of Stillwater get tourists and hel... morep make a recovery.
review 2: This book is one of my favourites!I keep coming back to it, seriously I could re-read it over&over again. When I read this book it was easy to slip right into the character to see through Jenna's eyes and to feel what she was feeling. This I find is hard to find in books, many books you can slip; very easily; in and out of but this book grabs ahold of you and drags you in and you can't let go until you read the last page. Even after I put this book down I found it hard to stop thinking about it. You will enjoy this book, if you do chose to pick it up :) Enjoy. less
