review 1: This month I read the book Lucid by Adrienne Stoltz. The genre of this book is stories; novel. It is about 2 girls, Maggie and Sloane, who dream of eachothers lives when the go to sleep. They each have their own life and problems. Sloane lives in Conneticut with her mom, dad, & brother and has a job at an animal shelter. While, Maggie lives in New York with her mom & sister as an up and coming actress. As they live their lives with eachother they start to find it hard to know who they actually were. I rated this book as 5 stars. I rated it 5 stars because at some points you felt as if you were draming of the other persons life and I couldnt put it down. Overall, this was a really good book and it really pulled me in!
review 2: okay, so first off, I didn't enjoy
... more this book as much as I could have. the plot bored me, and the constant switching between the two girls' lives frankly just confused me. the ending made no sense to me whatsoever, and I never actually figured out what was happening. I still don't know. I don't even know which girl lived or whatever. the first pages were so boring that, if I hadn't just bought the book, I would have returned it to the library. Lucid is not a book that has impressed me in any way. :c less
