review 1: I just finished reading "Player's Challenge", Koko Brown's contribution to this Amazing Bundle! Devin and Gemme's story was Beautiful and Incredibly Sexy about a first love being rekindled. Once I started reading the story, I couldn't stop until I read it in its entirety. Koko is a very Talented Author. I have already starting purchasing books from her backlist to catchup with what I have been missing. I had previously re-read Delaney Diamond's "Fight for Love" that is also a part of the bundle. Rebekah and Rafael's story is also about a past love being rekindled. I am a huge fan of Delaney's and I have read quite a few of her books and not been disappointed yet. I can't wait to read the reast of the stories from this bundle.
review 2: I got this book as
... more part of the Tall, Dark, and Alpha boxed set. I thoroughly enjoyed this story! I loved both Gemma and Devin. This was a second chance romance and it was oh so good! Devin is a professional soccer player and Gemma is a sports agent. They were each other’s first and only loves and when they were paired together as agent and client, the spark between them ignited in a firestorm! Their romance was the perfect example of sweet and simple. This story is a very fine example, in my opinion, of a novella. The author did a brilliant job of introducing the characters and making you love them from the beginning. You understand quickly that Gemma had been heartbroken when Devin left her in their teens but that point was driven into the ground. You got it and then their second chance romance bloomed, even though she had reservations about it. They had some obstacles, but they powered through them perfectly. They talked about work, since it applied to the storyline, but not in so many technical details that the work drowned out the romance. It was short and sweet and to the point and just all around a perfect novella! Kudos to Ms. Brown! I will DEFINITELY be reading more of her work! less

I was enjoying this story into the author completely glossed over her career.
