review 1: The first page almost made me stop reading. It was a little creepy, I thought, & I don't usually do creepy. But I'm a HUGE fan of Alice in Wonderland, so I had to keep reading. And by the end of chapter 1, I couldn't put it down!! When I finished, I passed the book on to my daughter, & then to my son, and they both loved it as much as I did (& are now recommending it to friends)! Can't wait for the sequel!! :)
review 2: This was the most unique look at Alice's Adventures in Wonderland I have ever seen. I don't think I will ever look at the story, or the characters I thought I knew so well, the same way ever again. The author of this book took a story we all know, a story that makes no sense, and turned it into something almost logical. Almost, mind you. Won... morederland still makes no sense, but at least it has some rules now. ;) less
