review 1: I enjoyed Book two of the Atlantis Saga. I mean these books are cool because of the mix of science, theology, history. I give credit when material is engrossing and that's what this adventure can be. Some of it feels so real, you go back and verify the history. Some of it is so fake you want to walk away from the series. Anytime resurrections happen more than once, I'm usually out. This is interesting material, some of it reminds me of my own novel Chosen. I am going to read the third book before starting on my own fan fiction story for this series on Kindle Worlds.
review 2: Ok, I found the first book in the series interesting enough to continue on with this second one. I had the same problems with this one as with the first one. The concept, the theories and
... morethe history seemed to be well thought out and researched but there was still way too much going and too much switching back and forth for me to be too comfortable with it. I kept on with it because I did want to see where he would go with it and whether he would work his way through to clearing up much of the confusion. Unfortunately, that did not happen!I gave it three stars mainly because I do still find the concept and some of the research quite interesting. I also understood somewhat where he was going with the two main characters... in that they are not the all so perfect hero types. They have all made plenty of mistakes and continue to do so when their backs are against the wall and they have to make immediate decisions. There was enough mystery with their characters to keep me wading through wondering at times just who were the good guys and who were the bad guys. less

Not as good as the first, but still a fun read. Expands the scope of the trilogy significantly.
