review 1: This could have been a good book but the idea was poorly executed. The last half of the book was just weird and the ending didn't even make up for it. I think the author had a good idea but just went overboard on the relationship between Sara and Patrick that just made the whole thing weird. The author could have done some more with Patrick's dreams about Nate without making it seem like he was dreaming about a killer. The few times the dreams were mentioned they seemed completely out of place and didn't seem to make sense to the story. It was a bad attempt at a twist or surprise ending.
review 2: I did enjoy this story, but found myself in some places having to suspend reality a little over Sara's sister. She seemed to over-the-top with both her religious bel... moreiefs and her overall nastiness and I found it hard to believe she would have the ability to force Sara into the situation she found herself in. I don't want to say too much more, because it would spoil the storyline itself, which is a gentle, easy read and I did very much enjoy it. I would like to see a continuation of the storyline in the future from Aida Brassington, as it felt like it shut off very quickly at the end. There is some suggestion in the book that there was to be a follow-up, but unfortunately, I've found no indication of a second books availability. I would certainly like to read one if it should become available, because I'd like to see what happened to the Sara and Patrick/Nate reincarnation storyline. Overall, I would recommend this beautifully romantic story to others. less
