March Wrap Up!

Hey guys! This month has gone by crazy fast, I’m so shocked that it’s April already! This month has been a blast for me and I’ve had a lot of fun! I’ve been on a couple trips with my family and I really enjoyed them! I’m kind of surprised with what I’ve read this month because I thought I’d read more than that but I guess not because I can’t think of any other books! Hopefully next month I can read more because whilst this isn’t a bad number, I’d like to read a couple more next month.

1) Follow Me Down by Sherri Smith

This was very kindly sent to me by Titan Books for review and it was one of the best crime thrillers I’ve read! I really loved it because it constantly had me guessing what was going to happen and every time I was blown away by an insane plot twist! I was left gobsmacked by the ending! Highly recommend this book and my full review will be up on Monday if you want to check that out!

2) The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater

I finally picked this up! I’ve had it for ages but just always kept putting it off because I didn’t like Shiver and was worried I’d be left equally disappointed with this one. But it was actually really good! If you’ve read my review then you will know I really loved the characters and the story so far. It also contains an amazing plot twist and it was so shocking! I’m really excited to continue with this series! Definitely recommend this and if like me, you read Shiver and were left feeling disappointed, please don’t let it put you off reading The Raven Boys!

3) The Wolf of Dorian Gray: A Werewolf Spawned by the Evil of Man by Brian Ference

This was sent to me by the author in exchange for an honest review. I was hesitant to read this because it’s the first book I’ve read by a self published author. It sounded really interesting though so I decided to just jump right in and I was pleasantly surprised! I really enjoyed it and I flew through it. The only thing that bothered me was that the pacing was incredibly slow and I wanted it to be more fast paced. I thought it was a really creative story though and it has a wolf in it! You guys know I love wolves.

So I apparently read three books this month! This is not what I wanted! I’m trying to read four or five now so I need to step up my game! Hope you guys enjoyed this post and I’d love to know what books you’ve read this month! Feel free to leave a link in the comments to your post. Thank you so much for reading!
